SSC CHSL Eligibility 2026
1) Educational Qualification
In order to work as a Data Entry Operator (DEO) or DEO Grade “A” in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Ministry of Culture, and Staff Selection Commission, one must have a 12th Standard pass in the Science stream with Mathematics from an accredited Board or its equivalent.
Candidates must have passed the 12th Standard or an equivalent test from an accredited Board or University in order to be eligible for LDC/JSA and DEO/DEO Grade “A” (except from DEOs in the Department/Ministry specified above).
2) Age Restrictions
Minimum age:
27 years is the maximum: 27 Years
3) Age-Relaxation
OBC: three years
SC/ST: five years
PwBD: 10–15 years, depending on the category
